Simple process
Call (929) 661-8491 or send the form. We respond within 24 hours.
A technician tests the system, explains what failed, and gives you a written price before any part gets replaced.
The work gets done, the system runs under load, and the old equipment leaves with us.
"A boiler that quits on the coldest night of the year does not care how cheap the last repair was."

Why choose us

Service areas
The first humid week in June arrives and the central air in your Corona house blows room-temperature air. Or a steam boiler in a Forest Hills co-op starts hammering at 2 a.m. in January. Queens is rough on HVAC equipment. Summers are sticky, winters swing 35 degrees in a day, and most of the housing stock went up before anyone planned for ductwork.
Queens HVAC works out of 103-81 52nd Ave in Corona, a couple of blocks off Flushing Meadows Corona Park. Our technicians are in Elmhurst, Jackson Heights, Flushing, Rego Park, and Forest Hills every week. Gas steam boilers in pre-war walk-ups. PTAC units in co-ops. Central air squeezed into Bayside attics.
We handle residential and light commercial HVAC work, including AC Repair, Furnace Repair, Boiler Repair and Installation, and Heat Pump Installation and Repair. Every job starts with a diagnosis and a written price. For a no-heat or no-cool emergency, call (929) 661-8491.
Furnace Repair on a gas unit means checking the heat exchanger for cracks with a combustion analyzer, since a cracked exchanger pushes carbon monoxide into the supply air. Boiler Repair and Installation in a pre-war building involves low-water cutoffs, relief valves, and gas trains that have to be set right or the boiler floods or dry-fires. Refrigerant leaks get found with nitrogen, not topped off every spring, now that R-410A is being phased down and new equipment ships with R-454B or R-32. Yellow flame, chirping CO detector, ice on the suction line in July - shut it off and call Emergency HVAC Repair.
It depends on the house. A one-family in Bayside with existing ductwork is a different job from a brick rowhouse in Corona with no ducts at all. A 2-ton condenser costs less than a 4-ton, and a 96% AFUE condensing furnace costs more than an 80% model but burns less gas every month. Ductless Mini-Split Installation often wins in older buildings because it skips Ductwork Installation and Repair entirely. Gas furnace and boiler swaps go through the NYC Department of Buildings, and the permit is its own line on the quote.
AC Installation covers central air, split systems, and condenser replacements, sized with a Manual J load calculation so the system pulls humidity out instead of short-cycling. Furnace Installation and Furnace Repair cover gas furnaces in one- and two-family homes. HVAC Maintenance and Tune-Ups keep all of it running, a cooling tune-up in spring, a heating tune-up in fall. Thermostat Installation adds a smart thermostat, with a C-wire where the old furnace never had one. Indoor Air Quality work adds media filters, humidifiers, and UV lights for apartments that go stale by February. Storefronts along Roosevelt Avenue and Queens Boulevard get the same crews.
Ask about permits. Gas work in New York City is regulated, and a contractor who says a boiler swap needs no permit is telling you how the rest of the job will go. Then ask how they size equipment. "Same as the old one" is the wrong answer, since a load calculation decides whether the new AC dehumidifies or just blasts cold air and shuts off. Get the quote in writing, and ask what the warranty covers, parts and labor both. Ready to get started? Request your free estimate or call (929) 661-8491.
